Shipping Information
Orders are shipped using First Class Mail. Shipping for most bracelets and smaller items is $3.50 for the first item, and $1.00 for each additional smaller item. Shipping for large or heavy pieces will be $6.50, and $3.50 for each additional large piece.
If you would like your order shipped via Priority or Express Mail, please indicate this in the "Special Instructions" box during checkout, or use "Print and Call" as your method of payment (print the complete invoice, then call us to place the order). We will make the correct adjustment to your total. Priority Mail shipping is $6.50.
International shipping is $8.50 for the first item ordered, and $1.00 for each additional item. An adjustment will be made to your total after we receive your order and before we process your payment.
Shipping time varies depending on the season. Average time for single orders is 3-14 days after order has been placed and payment has been received.
Party orders or multiple pieces usually ship within 7-14 days after order has been placed and payment has been received.
Special arrangements can be made for rush deliveries or items shipped outside the U.S. for an additional charge. Please inquire for details.

Simply provide us with an address and phone number to where you need your package shipped, and we will do the rest. No waiting in lines, buying paper and ribbons, packaging woes or trips to the post office. We make shopping EASY for you. We even enclose a greeting card, and will be happy to write your personal message inside; simply type your personal message in the "Special Instructions" box during checkout. Gift wrapping, including the greeting card, is $5.50 per item. |
To Place an Order
Secure Online Shopping for Your Convenience
We are pleased to offer you secure online shopping. Browse our online catalog and select the items you wish to purchase. Be sure to note any options that may be available, and make your selections. Online shoppers will need to use a credit card (MasterCard, VISA, or Discover) for purchases. Your credit card information remains safe and confidential on our secure server, so you may shop with confidence.
If you need to provide special instructions with your order, such as listing names or initials for personalization, you need to do so during checkout. In your shopping cart, click Checkout. On the Shipping Method & Instructions page, type your special instructions or comments in the "Special Instructions" text box. We will receive these instructions along with the order. If you need more than one name on a bracelet such as the Mother's Bracelet, please number and list the names in the same order as the number of strands for that bracelet. Click Submit to continue with the checkout process or Continue Shopping if you wish to add more items to your order.
Non credit-card payments
Select "Print and Call" as your payment option.
If you prefer to pay for your purchase by Money Order or Personal Check, you should proceed through the Checkout process using the shopping cart. When you get to the page requesting your payment option, select Print and Call as your payment option.
